Topic: The Power of Psychology in Equestrian Sport

"Charlie's presentation was excellent, it covered so many different aspects of psychology which were helpful not only for the grass root level riders but also for those at the top. I now understand more about the reasons why I do and feel things in everyday riding and competition."
Sharon Hunt

Resume
There is little doubt about the importance of mental resilience in equestrian sport, but very rarely do riders get the opportunity to explore the minds of great performers and the skills used to develop such qualities. This is especially valuable in a sport where the subtleties of our behaviours are often mirrored and reinforced by our horses.

Charlie Unwin is from an equestrian and military background. He has competed as an elite athlete and now works with a wide variety of World Class athletes as a Performance Psychology Coach, improving competitive performance by taking control of the mental demands of their sport.

Now Charlie looks forward to sharing some of these insights during an informative and colourful evening where you will discover how your mind can set you apart from the rest.
