Pedigree, Novelty, Obedience, Fun Dog obstacle course & best Dog Tricks... Flyball demonstration at 10.30am in the Dog Show ring. Tug of War Competition... Trade Stands... Laxton's Birds of Prey... Vintage Farm Display... ...and many more! All of this will help to raise as much as possible for The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, The Retired Greyhound Trust and other local causes.

Over the three days, you can see horses and riders of the British Olympic team competing against some of the worlds best before going for gold in Beijing. Their rivals will include the Australian and USA teams along with other top riders and horses from around the world. Its going to be a tough competition and theres no better place to see the action than at Barbury. Set in a natural amphitheatre formed by the beautiful Marlborough Downs, Barbury offers probably the best views of a cross-country circuit - anywhere. The course,designed by Mark Philips, tests the skills and courage of the worlds finest horses and riders. If youre hungry or thirsty, theres a wide variety of food and drink outlets for you to choose from, all in an informal and relaxed setting. Away from the arena, attractions include a Bungee Jumping, Mini quad bikes and a Climbing Wall. There will also be Face painting and a Bouncy Castle. there is also a Shopping Village with 60+ stalls offering a huge range of quality products, from saddlery to high fashion. Keen equestrian or fun-loving teenager, family or group of friends, Barbury is here to entertain you from Friday July 4 to Sunday July 6.

A 10-12 mile Sponsored Ride across the Chatsworth Estate in Derbyshire, in aid of the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance & Parsons House Outdoor Pursuits Centre, Longshaw. There are prizes for the most Sponsorship Money collected. To Enter: Send a cheque for 20 pounds, payable to Chatsworth Sponsored Ride 2008 Enclose your contact details and an SAE with 50p postage for return of your Sponsorship Pack.
