Dressage Rules
For the Beijing Olympics 2008
How Dressage is Judged:
Dressage for the Olympics is by far the most subjective for judging.The FEI rules set standards for each gait and element of the dressage test. 5 judges will sit around the dressage arena and mark each element of the dressage test, awarding a score between 0 -10. The ideal score is 100%.
Dressage Rules:
Horse and rider must be wearing the correct tack and dress
Disqualification and Penalties:

Penalties are deducted from the overall score for the dressage test.
